THE RETREAT PRICE LIST
2010 + January 2011
- 4 x CABINS SLEEP UP TO 5 GUESTS
- 3 x BUNGALOWS SLEEP UP TO 6 GUESTS
- 2 x DUPLEXES SLEEP 16 GUESTS OR HIRE BOTH FOR 32 GUESTS
- 1 x LODGE SLEEPS 24 GUESTS
- All prices are per night
- Cabin and Bungalow prices are per couple (except Christmas and Easter Peak)
- Group buildings are building price for total number of guests
- Additional adults $15 pp/pn
- Additional children $15 pp/pn
- Additional guests charge for camping is $10pp/pn
- 1 night bookings may incurr a surcharge subject to availablity and time of year

Christmas weekly rates are from 20th December 2010 thru till 15th January 2011. Shorter bookings for these dates will be taken from the Start of December 2010

Booking conditions
- 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. Personal cheques are only accepted if received 30 days before your arrival date. Money Order and Bank Cheque accepted.
- For bookings made within 21 days of arrival, we require full payment by credit card (this can be done by phone).
- Balance of payment for accommodation is required 21 prior to arrival date. No refunds.
- Minimum stay applies over Long Weekends, Public Holidays and School Holidays.
- Extra people and day visitor charges apply. $10 per person per day.
- The management endeavours to hold the site or accommodations booked, however, reserve the right to transfer a booking should the occasion arise.
- The management reserve the right to change tariffs for accommodation at any stage of the reservation.

BOND REQUIREMENTS
Bond is payable on checkin for all bookings and they are as follows:
- Cabins & Bungalows $50 each
- Lodge & Duplexes $200 each.
Bond by Pre-authorisation on a credit card only. Cash Bonds are possible but are double and money order posted back after cleaners have finished cleaning the buildings.
Terms and Conditions & Group guest list
Cancellation policy
- Refunds on deposits less a $50 cancellation fee are only possible if:
- A) If cancellations are made in writing or email more then 10 weeks prior to arrival date
- B) If property can be rebooked for the full period for the full Tariff.
- Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival nil refund on deposit
Checkin & Checkout
- Checkin is after 1pm
- Checkout is 10am. Later checkout may be possible if available with prior arrangement only.
- Bonds are required for all buildings. Group buildings are $200 and Cabins and Bungalows are $50 each.
- All bookings must read and sign our booking conditions form
- All groups must fillout the list of all guests staying with the group for safety reasons

- Office hours are 8.30am - 7.00pm. Checkin or checkout outside of these times need to advise office staff prior for arrangements.
Additional hire items
- Port a cot's are available for hire $5 per day or $20 per week
- High chairs are available for hire $5 per day or $20 per week
- DVD players $5 per day or $20 per week
- Sand boards are available $1 per hour. Boards are for guests staying onsite and rules apply.
