The Retreat offers a secluded and peaceful natural setting on the edge of the largest moving sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere. Located in a private, peaceful bush land setting, we offer conference organisers a variety of meeting spaces along with comfortable accommodation options.
Onsite accommodation allows for Multi-day conferences with the ease of hosting all your delegates and presentations all at the one location.Team Building programs are available onsite as well as Interactive night theme activities and morning
stretch yoga classes.
Food Glorious Food – The Retreat has a wonderful onsite Catering Team to keep all delegates comfortably feed. With a great variety of menu options to choose from delegates will be enjoying delicious, fresh, homemade style meals in a relaxed dining setting. A fabulous Bar service is also available if required with the Roaming Eagle mobile Bar.

Choice Of Rooms
With 11 accommodation building spread over our 4 acres delegates are all close by to the main Meeting Space, Dining Hall as well as onsite facilities. Delegates can park at their accommodation and walk to the various locations.
All buildings are fully self contained. Daily servicing is available upon request.
A combination of Private and Twin share works best however there is also the option of Triple and Quad share.
We do work with other Accommodation Partners if additional accommodation is required which is close by.
